I was in a major car accident December 29th 2018. Michael was referred and stepped in. I was in Cedars-Sinai for 20 days and then moved to California rehab for a month and then to Beverly Hills rehab for an additional 6 weeks. Our Child Caregiver was in a serious car accident around Canoga Park in the valley and her car was totaled. Thank goodness our kids were not in the car at the time and she was not seriously injured.

Since she is not originally from the United States and doesn’t have much familiarity on how to handle the situation, I helped her and hired Michael who took her case.

The plaintiff claimed falsely that he had a green light when in fact he turned right on a red in front of our caregiver. Since it was her word against his we were not expecting a favorable outcome. She spent time in therapy and lost her car, which only had liability insurance. Very sad outcome.

Then Mr. Waks turned everything around. He managed to get all of her medical bills paid, emergency room treatment AND managed to get her a check for the full value of her car!

Unbelievable turn around and amazing results given the circumstances. We are amazed at the legal abilities of Mr. Waks and his law office. If you are ever in an auto accident and need help getting compensated for your injuries and/or property you MUST call Michael Waks. What he did was absolutely terrific and unexpected.

Also, keep in mind that this accident was in the San Fernando Valley in Canoga Park while Mr. Waks’ law office is based out of Long Beach. Do not worry if you have a case that is not near Long Beach. As you can see, he can successfully represent you wherever you are in Los Angeles or Socal.”
